What is Grocery Pup  Return Policy? 

• If for some reason your pup is not satisfied with our product, they'll refund your first order. Since A Pup Above is a perishable product, they do not accept exchanges or returns.

What is Grocery Pup Change Policy?

If you'd like to make a change to your order, including your shipping address, send Grocery Pup an email at [email protected] as soon as you can! They will do our best to catch your order before it ships out. They recommend contacting Grocery Pup at least 48 hours ahead to make any changes to an order. That will provide us enough time to make any changes and pull the order if necessary.

What is Grocery Pup Shipping Policy?

• A Pup Above is a frozen food. Grocery Pup packs each order with dry ice and use curbside recyclable box liners to keep the food at the appropriate temperature while in transit. All packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx ground delivery.

• Shipping typically takes 1-3 business days, depending on where you live. Keep in mind that depending on the timing of your order, it can take up to five days total to arrive at your doorstep. Packages are not shipped out on the weekends, so orders placed Friday - Sunday will be packaged on Monday. Grocery Pup don't ships out on holidays.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, first log in to your account. Click the Subscriptions tab, then next to each of the products you are subscribed to is a Cancel button. You would use this if you would like to no longer receive this subscription product.

How do I update subscription billing information?

• Login to your account and click on "Manage Subscriptions". On the left hand side, click on Billing.  From there you can update your card on file and billing address.

• Keep in mind if you also need to update your delivery address, you'll need to go to "Addresses" and update the shipping address there.

How To Recycle Grocery Pup's Packaging?

• All of thier packaging is fully recyclable. Below is how to recycle each item.

• Bags: Through Grocery Pup's partnership with Terracycle, all of Grocery Pup's bags are recyclable. Terracycle takes Grocery Pup's empty bags and turns them into something new, like backpacks and bike racks. See how to submit your bags to Terracycle, here!

• Boxes: Grocery Pup's delivery boxes are curbside recyclable.

• Box Liners: Grocery Pup's box liners are plastic-wrapped recycled denim liners. The wrapper is polyethylene (#4 LDPE, like a bread bag) and widely recyclable through store collection bins.
