What is the shipping policy?

• All items other than bikes are shipped in 3-5 business days. Bikes usually ship within 48 hours.
  

• Some items offer Free Shipping.  Free shipping only applies to the lower 48 states of the USA and will be shipped UPS/Fedex Ground.
  

• If an item with free shipping is returned due to a customer ordering mistake, a shipping fee will be applied when refunded. 
  

When can I expect to receive my refund?

• You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. They'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of their error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  

• You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. 
  

• This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes them to process your return once they receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process their refund request (5 to 10 business days).
  

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

• When you place an order, they will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 
  

• Most items ship out within 3-4 business days unless description says differently.  
  

• Expedited shipping takes place once the order has shipped.  Shipping is based on UPS/Fedex pickup days which do not include weekends.  
  

• If an item cannot be shipped within that timeframe, they will contact you within 24 hours to let you know. 
  

What are the shipping rates?

• Please also note that the shipping rates for many items they sell are weight-based. 
  

• The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. 

• To reflect the policies of the shipping companies they use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
  

Can I return the product that I'm not satisfied with?
