How to return/exchange?

For orders returned within 30 days of purchase, they can get a full refund. All items must be undamaged, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging. PLEASE NOTE: They do not accept returns of underwear that has been tried on or taken out of the package after you have purchased your first pair. (You know... hygienic stuff.) Please contact them and provide your order number or receipt to request a mail-in return.

Gruff + Tumble will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are shipped within two business days, excluding US federal holidays. After you have placed an order and received a shipment notification email, please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to appear on the postal company website. After they verify your credit card details, receive a credit authorization, confirm availability, and prepare your order for shipping, the transaction will be charged to your credit card.
