How do I place a gift order?
When placing your order, please select "Is this a Gift?" during the checkout process. Price tags will be removed from the item(s) and a gift receipt with no pricing information will be included with the order. You may also include a brief message that will be printed on the gift receipt.
Which stores have In-Store Pickup and/or Curbside Pickup?
Use the Find In Store/Pickup feature on the product detail page to find a participating store. They'll be adding new locations frequently. Each store name will also indicate if the store offers In-Store Pickup, Curbside Pickup or both options. Pickup locations for Curbside Pickup will be provided in the order confirmation emails.
How do I place an order for In-Store Pickup?
To see if an item is eligible for In-Store Pickup, look for the Find in Store/Pickup option on the Products page. Simply select the color, size and quantity (if applicable). Find your closest store location by typing in your ZIP code or postal code, select your store location and click on “Pick up in-store”. Generally, orders placed by 2PM (local time) will be ready for pickup on the same day that you place your order. Orders placed after 2PM (local time) will be ready by the time the store opens the next day. You will receive an order confirmation email that the order has been placed and a second email once the order is ready. Please wait until you receive the Ready for Pickup email before going to the store to pick up the order.
