What is their return policy?
They, PartsEngine.ca, understand that returns and exchanges can be a pain; that's why it's their goal to minimise customer pain. If you are not satisfied with any of your purchases, or if there is an error with your order, you can return it at any given time within 365 days of the delivery date. Any product returned in its original condition and in its original packaging. All products need to be returned with all accessories, instructions/documents, parts and accompanying packing materials. Depending on the manufacturer, any returned new or used item may incur a restocking fee.
What is their shipping policy?
At PartsEngine.ca, they offer free ground shipping within Canada. Some oversized products may require additional shipping. Most orders are processed the next business day. In the event of higher than normal sales, orders may take up to 2 business days to process. If a change of route is requested, the customer will be charged one-way shipping. Fees may vary based on distance and package weight/dimensions. Requests to reroute all shipments back to the shipper for unforeseen reasons will incur a two-way shipping fee (up to $50.00 + tax one way).

How can I get a faster exchange?
For faster exchanges, PartsEngine.ca recommends that you reorder the correct item from their website after the return of the original item is approved. After providing confirmation of the original purchase, they will issue a refund to your account. Please wait 3 to 7 business days for the refund/credit to be issued, once the refund/credit is issued, you will immediately get the transaction ID number for further reference. In the event of a damaged order, please take a photo of the damaged product and contact them, they will be more than happy to assist you further.
