Does Gunmagwarehouse offer any discounts or accept coupon codes?

Currently, there are no discount programs or coupon codes available.

My order was placed successfully but canceled after the fact. Why did this happen?

• It is very infrequent that an active order is canceled. You should have received an email from [email protected] with specifics of why the order was canceled.

• The item that you ordered was out of stock. They try their best to keep an accurate count of in-stock items and update the website as soon as an item is out of stock. 

• Possibly fraudulent activity was detected. To combat credit card theft, all successful orders are analyzed by their fraud detection system. If possible fraudulent activity is detected, the order is canceled and refunded. If their system inaccurately classified your order as fraudulent, please reach out to them.

The item that I want is out of stock, what are my options?

GunMag Warehouse does not accept backorders. You can sign up for an email notification when that item is available for purchase again. To do so, go to the product page, and click the grey button, Sign up to get notified when this product is back in stock. Follow the prompts and once completed, you will be signed up for an email notification once the item is back in stock.

I just placed an order; can I modify that order?

Once an order is placed, they cannot modify the quantities or items included in the order. If modifications are desired, it is best to request cancellation and re-order. Cancelation requests can be sent to [email protected] or call them at 1-(800) 409-9439.

What should I do if I receives damaged products?

• Defective products may be returned to their warehouse within 60 days of purchase for a refund, credit, or exchange regardless of whether or not the item has been opened or used.

• All defective returns are tested upon receipt; any item which is determined not to be defective may be subject to a restocking fee or returned to the customer at their expense.

• Claims for items damaged in transit must be received within 2 business days of receipt of merchandise.

• Exchanges: If an exchange item cannot be sent for any reason, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that their system cannot perform exchanges for items that weren't part of the original order.

• Returned/Unclaimed Orders: Any Refused, Undelivered, or Abandoned package will be subject to a 20% Service Fee.

• Restocking Fees: Any orders over $800 will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

How long can I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected by GunMag Warehouse your refund (minus any shipping charges) will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Please note orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been sent to packing.
