What is the return policy?

• Merchandise will be accepted for exchange, store credit, or refund only when accompanied by a receipt or gift enclosure, all boxes, paperwork, laboratory reports, warranty certificates, and associated component parts
  

• Merchandise may be returned for a refund to the original purchaser in the form of the method of payment received, within 10 days of purchase.
  

• Within 30 days of purchase, merchandise may be returned for exchange or store credit.
  

• Items which have been worn, sized, engraved, or otherwise altered items, as well as special order or custom items or items which have been sold at reduced prices or as final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
  

How can I choose a suitabel ring size?

• Cut a string or paper strip about 100mm long and 2mm wide.
  

• Wrap around the base of your finger. It has to fit snug, but not too tight.
  

• Mark the point on the string/paper where it overlaps forming a circle.
  

• Compare the length of the string/paper to the chart attached.
  

• If you are between sizes, order a larger size. Make sure your finger is at a normal body temperature (fingers shrink or expand when cold or hot). If your knuckle is much larger than your finger's base, take two separate measurements and choose a size in between. You want a ring to fit over your knuckle, but not be too loose or it will shift around.
