What is Happy Chef Return Policy?
At Happy Chef, your satisfaction with our products is guaranteed. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply fill out your product return form and ship items back within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Products that have been worn, washed, or modified cannot be returned. Items that have been customized cannot be returned.
Does Happy Chef offer Free Shipping? What is Happy Chef Shipping Policy?
Yes. Free shipping on order over $95. At Happy Chef, most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Orders requested to ship by air usually ship same day if placed on business days by 2:30 PM ET.
If you've ordered merchandise that is currently out of stock, it will be shipped as soon as it's available. For orders that include embroidered merchandise, please allow an additional 2 weeks for production.
Note that for orders processed in multiple shipments, all shipping costs for the order will be reflected on the invoice accompanying the first delivery only.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Fill out the return form on the back of your packing slip.
Securely pack the items you're returning and include the completed return form in the package.
Bring the package to a shipping carrier of your choice, add postage, and send to: Happy Chef Uniforms; Returns; 22 Park Place; Butler, NJ 07405.
Do I have to pay for my return?
Yes. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to them for returns/exchanges. There is no additional shipping cost on any replacement items sent to you as part of an exchange.
In the event of receiving damaged/defective merchandise, Happy Chef will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact Customer Service before returning damaged/defective merchandise.
Does Happy Chef offer ship internationally?
Yes, orders shipping to Canada can be placed online. Contact Customer Service to inquire about other locations.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Yes. As long as it has not shipped or embroidery production has started (if the order contains embroidered items). Please contact Customer Service to change to or cancel an existing order.
