Is a gift membership refundable?
Gift memberships are non-refundable. You must designate a recipient within 90 days of purchase. Gift memberships are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any value. There is no expiration date for activating a gift membership and there is no activation fee.

How many styles of clothes are there?
Haverdash always keeps at least 8 styles in your closet. This magic number ensures that you always have enough items to trigger your next shipment. Let them know by using the priority feature and they will do their best to ship these items to you first. Tell them when you're returning an item with the return notification feature and they'll start preparing your next box so you get it sooner!
