How to start a return?

Their refund policy states that if the product has been opened, unfortunately they cannot refund it. If you haven't opened it yet, you can send it back. Once they receive the product back, they will refund it. 80% refund (minus 20% restocking fee) on returned and sealed product returns only. There are no returns for opened products. No returns for orders older than 90 days. Shipping charges by USPS or UPS are non-returnable.

How do I put HCG drops into a syringe?

• Remove the blue cap covering the tip.

• Make sure the plunger is pushed to the bottom of the syringe barrel.

• Place the syringe into the open HCG bottle so that the tip touches the bottom of the HCG bottle.

• Pull up on the plunger to fill the syringe barrel with the HCG diet droplets.

• Hold the tip of the syringe over the opening of the HCG bottle and push the plunger into the barrel. This will release the excess HCG fluid in the syringe back into the HCG bottle.

• Push the plunger down. The entire black stopper of the plunger should be below the 0.38 mL line mark on the syringe.

• Place the tip of the syringe under the tongue and push the plunger all the way down, making sure that all HCG diet drops are dispersed under the tongue.

• Clean the syringe. Rinse with room temperature water.
