How does return work?

Please email in advance for a Return Material Authorization for an RMA number. Packages that do not have a valid designated RMA clearly marked on the outside of the box will be rejected by the carrier. All returns must be authorized by them by phone or email before returning the item. If the item you wish to return is unusable, it may be defective. They will accept returns for items purchased from Hobby-wing.com within 7 days from the date you receive the package. Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

I want to return it, what about the shipping fee?

If your item is open and you just don't like it, ordered the wrong item, or it's not what you expected, you can get a refund minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee as they can no longer Sell the product as a new product.

What should I do if I received a bad order?

If the shipment arrives at your door with visible shipping damage, please reject it and let them know. If you have already accepted the delivery and then notice shipping damage, please contact them after the item arrives. Do not throw away any packaging material and take pictures whenever possible. Once the damage is proven by post, they will send you a new item or refund your money. They will bear the cost of resending.

When will my order be shipped?

Shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose. Usually, it takes about 3 to 5 days for DHL. EMS takes about 5 to 14 working days. Standard fixed shipping takes approximately 7 to 20 business days. For some orders, for some reason, the item is sent in multiple packages.
