What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel a booking prior to arrival but please note. The online booking fee that you paid as part of your booking is non-refundable.
- Some hosts (depending on country and currency) avail of their Deposit Payment option. If you book with these hosts, you must pay 25% of the booking price and the 15% booking fee to confirm the booking. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date if you cancel less than 7 days in advance .
- For a refund of this deposit payment, cancellation must be made at least 7 full days prior to arrival. However, as per the terms and conditions you agree to on booking, the booking fee that you paid is non-refundable.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. You can cancel a booking before arriving but please note, as per the terms and conditions you agree to on booking, the 15% booking fee (or maximum fee where applicable) paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. If for some reason the host must cancel your booking, they will refund you the booking fee. You can simply follow these steps to cancel your booking:
First f all, log in to your account.
- Secondly, enter your email address and password.
- Then, click “Bookings”top right of page.
- Next, select the booking that you want to cancel.
- Last, click on cancel this booking.
What does the price include?
All prices on are per room per night. All hosts offer a complimentary light breakfast in the price. Additional options provided by your host for a fee might include more meals, a laundry service, towels or self catering options. This is at the discretion of your host and you should check this before booking as there may be additional charges associated and you'll need to arrange payment.
