What is The House of Bruar Return Policy? 

• If you are not entirely satisfied you may return your selection to them in a saleable condition for either refund or exchange at any time within one month of purchase.  A returns form explaining this procedure will be enclosed with your order.  Please note that goods are returned at your own cost and they recommend the use of a registered postal service for your protection.  If the goods are being returned due to an error on thier part, your postal costs will be refunded.   Please allow up to 14 days once you have returned your parcel for any exchange to be processed or refund to be credited.

• Collect+ is a convenient way to return parcels for just £4.49 at over 5,500 local stores, open from early until late, 7 days a week. You will receive a returns receipt with an online tracking code, so that you can follow your parcel's progress back to them.

• Please note that they are unable to accept items returned from the Food Hall including Butchery goods and Food Hampers due to the nature of the fresh produce contained within them.

• In addition they are unable to accept returns of earrings due to hygiene concerns.

• If you wish to return an item or items paid for with a House of Bruar Gift Voucher, they will only be able to issue you with another Gift Voucher to the value of the item(s) returned.

What is The House of Bruar Cancellation Policy?

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods; or, if the order is for multiple goods that will be delivered separately, the cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last goods.

What is The House of Bruar Shipping Policy?

• Two day delivery from dispatch date charged at a flat rate of £4.95 using the Royal Mail. Please note: this service is not available for food or hamper orders.

• All thier fresh produce is sent on an express delivery service at a cost of £9.95. Please place your order before 11am Sunday – Wednesday. Orders will then be despatched the next working day. Deliveries are made Tuesday-Friday, so orders placed on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday. Available to UK customers only.

• Please note: It is not possible to order Food Hall items and clothes or gift products together. Please place a separate order for Food Hall products.
