What is "new, unaltered and unused condition?"
Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.

When will my order ship?
If your parts are all in stock, your order will be processed and shipped immediately. If you order Monday through Friday before 12PM EST, your order will most likely be picked for shipping the same day. If you order after 12PM EST, it will rollover to the next business day. Orders from the weekend will be picked on Monday. If your item is not in stock, ship times will vary.
Do they offer international shipping?

Do their products come with a warranty?
They offer a one-year limited-warranty that covers defects in craftsmanship and materials. Due to the extreme nature of offroad riding and racing, they do not cover bent or broken parts from racing, crashing, hitting trees or rocks, etc.
