What is "new, unaltered and unused condition?"

Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.

• within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)

• must not be a special order or a custom order.

• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time.

When will my order ship?

If your parts are all in stock, your order will be processed and shipped immediately. If you order Monday through Friday before 12PM EST, your order will most likely be picked for shipping the same day. If you order after 12PM EST, it will rollover to the next business day. Orders from the weekend will be picked on Monday. If your item is not in stock, ship times will vary. 

Do they offer international shipping?

Yes! International orders must pay via PayPal, credit card purchases will not go through on their website. They ship international orders through USPS. If you do not see your country listed during checkout, please email them so they can process your order. Email [email protected]

Do their products come with a warranty?

They offer a one-year limited-warranty that covers defects in craftsmanship and materials. Due to the extreme nature of offroad riding and racing, they do not cover bent or broken parts from racing, crashing, hitting trees or rocks, etc.
