What if I don't receive my order?

Once your order is on its way, they will send you an email so you know when it will arrive. For tracked orders, please use the tracking link provided in your email or located in your account to check where your order is. Have you checked the delivery card? Your package may have been left in a safe place, such as a neighbor or taken to a local warehouse. Their delivery information page can give you more information and a timeline. If you do need to report your order lost, please contact them.

Can I return the product if I no longer need it?

They want all of their customers to love their product, so if you're not happy with your order, you can send it back to them. When can I receive my refund?

Your refund should be returned to your account within 5 business days and they will send you an email letting you know that the refund is in progress! If you have not received your refund and it has been 10 business days since you received their email, then you will need to contact their customer service team through your account.
