How much do iFLY flight packages cost?

IFLY flight packages typically start at $84.99 and include two flights for one person. IFLY offers many other flight packages to choose from, and prices vary based on the number of flyers, location, day of the week, whether you have flown before and when you are flying.

How do I get a refund?

• Rescheduling or refunding any reservation requires at least 48 hours' notice.

• Reservations are non-refundable with less than 48 hours' notice.

• As a courtesy, IFLY may choose to reschedule such bookings at its sole discretion and may require an administration fee.

• Flight bookings may only be rescheduled on the same terms as the original booking and with applicable restrictions.

• Bookings rescheduled within 48 hours of the original booking date are no longer eligible for a refund.

• Customers with multiple cancellations or no-shows may lose flight privileges.

• IFLY is not responsible for missed bookings due to traffic, weather or any other cause beyond IFLY's control, nor for costs associated with pre-booked bookings.

How should group activities be refunded?

• The 48-hour refund policy only applies to groups and events of 5 or fewer flyers.

• For bookings of 6 or more flyers, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking: final payment should be made 14 days prior to the event.

• If payment of the balance is not received 7 days before the event, the reservation will be automatically cancelled; cancellation penalties will apply.

• Deposits and balance payments are refundable if cancelled at least 14 days prior to the event.

• Cancellation within 14 days will forfeit the deposit.

• Cancellation within 7 days will forfeit the deposit and all other payments.

• As a courtesy, IFLY may choose to reschedule such bookings at its sole discretion and may require an administration fee.
