How do I acquire reward points?

Customers with store accounts are automatically enrolled. If you do not have a store account yet, register for your account today by creating a new account.

How do I use my rewards?

You need to be signed in to your store account. Approximately 12 points earned equals $1. If you accrued enough reward points for a discount, the store will automatically calculate the discount for you upon checkout. You can adjust the maximum number of reward points you wish to spend on the order on the cart page.

What is match price guarantee?

• If you find a lower price on any item, which includes shipping charges, they will match the price, including shipping.

• The website must have exact brand, design, and color of the item immediately available for shipping.

• Please register for their site, and foward a link/description of the item you want to [email protected]

• Upon confirmation of your receipt, they will e-mail you necessary instructions to complete your deal within 1 business day.

• If they take more than 1 business day to confirm your deal, they will give you an additional 3% discount on the product.

Can I get a better shipping rate?

Please note due to rising shipping costs imposed by FedEx and USPS, blankets are squeezed to save on shipping costs. The shipping cost they are being charged are based on the dimensions of the box, so the smaller the box, the cheaper the cost to ship.  The cost to ship one blanket can cost as much as $25-$30, so they have no choice but to squeeze the blanket in the smallest possible box. If you do not wish to have your order squeezed into a box, there will be an additional charge of around $15-$25.
