How to track my shipment?
You will receive an email from them within 2 business days of your order having been shipped. Please note, occasionally they must split your order into multiple shipments (at no additional cost) that will arrive separately
To track the first shipment and any additional packages, please visit My Orders and simply click on the tracking number below a product to view the shipment status.
If the item says “tracking sent” the tracking number should be available on the left.
If your shipment doesn't arrive by the estimated delivery date, feel free to contact them and they will help you locate the package.
Typically, packages arrive on or shortly after the anticipated delivery date.
How can I ensure that my package makes it in time for the holidays?
To ensure that your package arrives in time for December 25th, please place your orders by December 17th. Freight shipments typically take 2 weeks from the order date for delivery which still applies during the holiday season.

What if my item didn’t arrive when I was expecting it?
If your item did not arrive within the estimated time frame that you were given at checkout, please contact Customer Care at [email protected].
They will be glad to assist with tracking your package. If you paid for expedited shipping and your package did not arrive within the expected time frame, they will refund your shipping cost.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact them within 20 minutes after ordering. If your request is received more than 20 minutes after you ordered, they will not be able to guarantee that the order will be cancelled successfully.
They apologize in advance, but due to incurred costs from their suppliers, they do charge fees for order cancellations received after 20 minutes.
If the order has already been processed, it will be subject to an $12 fee and a 10% restocking charge.
