What is their return policy?
They thank you for your purchase. They want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to them for a full refund only. All returns must be postmarked within thirty days of purchase. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all accompanying original labels. To return, please email their customer service department for an RMA number. Keep items securely in their original packaging, all customers require an RMA approved by Customer Service to return items.
How soon will I get a refund?
Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. They strongly recommend that you mail your returns in a traceable way. After receiving your return and checking the condition of your order, they will process your return. Please allow at least seven days after receiving your item to process your return. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
