What is their shipping policy?

• Orders are shipped directly from the United States and the United Kingdom.

• For all non US and non UK orders, they have partnered with global-e, a third-party service provider that acts as a seller on your behalf. Global-e provides cost-effective transportation and secure payment gateways in many different languages and currencies.

• All orders will be delivered by express delivery and need to be signed. If no one can sign the order, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to continue.

What is their return policy?

• If you are not completely satisfied with the purchased goods, you can return the goods and ask for a refund, provided that the goods are brand new and in the original packaging within 90 days after receiving the order.

• The normal return processing time is 5-10 working days from the date of delivery. If you want to change to a different size and don't want to wait, please return the order to get a refund, and then place a new order online.

• The exchange depends on availability - if the required size is not available when they receive and check your tax return, they will refund and notify you by email.

Can I cancel my order?

• If you cancel the order according to CCR, you must send the goods to them within 14 days after notifying them that you want to cancel. For all orders cancelled through CCR, you are eligible for a full refund, including freight.

• The refund will be processed within 30 days after they receive your cancellation request and will be processed according to the method you use for payment. However, you need to return your items to them in a timely manner through the safe delivery service, and the items must be returned in the original state and packaging as new as possible.

• The biggest refund of the delivery cost will be the delivery cost of the cheapest delivery method they provide. For example, if they deliver the product at one cost within 3-5 days, but you choose to deliver the product at a higher cost within 24 hours, they will only refund you for the cheaper delivery option.
