Can I get a refund?

If you've changed your mind about an unused deal voucher, they're happy to issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase. They'll still do their best to help outside this time, but they can't guarantee they'll be able to offer a refund. They're sorry to say event tickets - tickets which are for a specified date and time - are non-refundable. If you find yourself unable to use a voucher or ticket, you're always welcome to gift it to a friend or family member instead. To request a refund for an unused deal voucher, simply sign in to your account and head to My Vouchers or select My itison > My Vouchers from the navigation bar.

Can I save my card details?

• Yes! There is an option to save your card details at checkout so it's easier to place an order next time.
• Just check the box to Save this card for future use? when you place your next order and the card details you enter will be saved. Your details will be stored by their partner, Sagepay, with the highest level of data security. Your details will never be seen by itison and they can't be used without your permission.

Can I buy a voucher as a gift?

• Absolutely! They might be biased, but they think itison vouchers make perfect gifts for friends and family. Any deal voucher can be sent as a gift once you've completed your order. It's not possible to gift event tickets, but you're still welcome to buy them for someone else. Just give your recipient their email with each of the ticket codes - they've made sure it doesn't contain any prices. 

• To gift a deal voucher simply sign in to your account and head to My Orders, or select My itison > My Orders from the navigation bar. Select View Voucher for the order in question. Select Give this voucher as a gift. You'll be asked to enter your name, your recipient’s name, and a gift message. If you want to print the voucher to give as a gift, select Save Gift and Print Voucher. Your message should show at the top of the voucher, and you can select Print to go ahead. If you’d rather email the voucher to your recipient, simply enter their email address and select Send Gift. It’ll be sent to them right away.
