Rental equipment is available on request or in advance at the JAX Outdoor Gear store. Availability of rental equipment varies by location and is limited to existing stock. Their tenancy agreement is simple and fair. Standard fees and rates apply.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, they require that you return or exchange within thirty days of the original purchase, and the item is in brand new condition with all original labels and packaging. All credit/debit card purchases will be charged to the original card. Items purchased with cash will receive store credit for the lowest sale price. Purchases made by check will be refunded within ten business days of the original purchase date.

How long does it take for the refund to arrive?

Please allow up to fourteen business days to receive and process your return. After the item is accepted and checked for condition, they will either refund your payment via credit/debit card to the original card or issue a store credit card. Shipping and shipping charges are non-refundable. They are not responsible for returns.
