What is the cancellation policy for Winter Retail Reservation?
For retail reservations staying between November 20th and April 30th each year.
Get a full refund if you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
There is a $50 fee for cancellations or changes 14 to 30 days prior to arrival.
Changing or shortening a stay within 14 days of your scheduled arrival will forfeit your 50% deposit or the value of days dropped.
Can I cancel the Monthly Reservation?
Full payment for the first month will be taken at the time of booking.
If your visit is longer than one month, subsequent payments will be taken at the beginning of each month.
Once the rental period for your planned vacation begins, there will be no refunds.
Cancellations will only allowed if the State imposes travel or operating restrictions and then refunds will be pro-rated.
Are there any non-refundable reservations?
Yes. They will occasionally offer targeted non-refundable lodging packages for which either the 50% deposit or full cost of your vacation is non refundable for either cancellations or date changes.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into any accommodation at Jay Peak Resort.
Check-in time for all properties is any time after 5pm.
Check-out time for all properties is 10am.
The above check-in/check-out times are for guests booking directly with Jay Peak either through their call center at (800) 451-4449 or online at jaypeakresort.com.
If booking through any other site or service, your check-in/check-out times may vary, likely requiring a later check-in and earlier check-out.
What are the locations for check-in?
Stateside Hotel Guests: check-in at the Stateside Hotel.
Hotel Jay & Tram Haus Lodge Guests: check-in at the Hotel Jay.
All Condominium and Cottage Guests.
Sunday through Wednesday nights: check-in at the Hotel Jay.
Thursday through Saturday Nights: check-in at the Stateside Hotel.
