Do they support free shipping?

J.LINDEBERG offers free standard shipping on orders over $125 within the US. For orders that don't meet the minimum purchase requirements, they offer standard shipping for a flat fee of $10. They also offer two-day shipping for a flat $25 fee and next-day shipping for a flat $40 fee.

How soon will my order be processed?

Orders placed before 12 noon EST Monday through Friday will be shipped within 24 hours of placing the order, pending availability, credit card authorization and/or processing time. Please allow 7-10 business days for standard delivery. Delivery times are indicative only and do not take into account possible delays and/or special holiday arrangements. They ship to the adjoining United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that they cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders from these shipping locations may be cancelled and refunded.

What should I do with a return?

J.LINDEBERG is pleased to accept returns for all eligible items purchased online at jlindebergusa.com in their original packaging and labels that are not worn, unwashed, undamaged or defective for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment unless a different payment method is agreed to be credited. Please note that any original shipping and shipping taxes are non-refundable. All items purchased in the final sale are not eligible for return, exchange or price adjustment.

What is their price adjustment policy?

They offer price adjustments in the form of website credit for full-priced products that have been reduced in price within 30 days of purchase; items that have been reduced in price within 10 days of purchase. Final sale items and styles purchased during flash sales and/or using promo codes are not included in price adjustments.
