How to enjoy free shipping?

For orders placed in their UK store, they provide a simple shipping schedule. Their prices cover worldwide shipping. Shipping costs £5.00 for orders under £180.00. Free delivery on orders over £180.00.

What is their shipping policy?

All of their non-UK deliveries are shipped via DHL using their global courier service. Please note that orders for UK Christmas delivery should be placed by Tuesday 21st December. Can I return the item?

If you wish to return a garment, please follow their simple procedure within 14 days of receiving your shipment. For each order, John Smedley will provide you with a return form with instructions on how to return any unsuitable items and how to create a prepaid return label through Royal Mail's Tracked Returns service. The return form should be completed and affixed to the outside of the box and taken to the post office. In the UK, the service is free.

What conditions do returned items need to meet?

Items should be returned in unused, resaleable condition with all John Smedley apparel tags still attached. Damaged, soiled or altered returns may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. John Smedley underwear should be tried on underwear.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Your refund can only be charged to the original payment credit or debit card. For orders cancelled under the Consumer Contract (Information, Cancellation and Additional Fees), the refund amount will include shipping. Shipping costs for any items returned under their standard return policy will not be refunded.
