What size would I be?

• They tend to be smaller than most other companies. The best way to find the right size for you is to take measurements using their measurement guides and compare them to their size charts.

Is your suit covered under warranty?

Their factory prides itself on providing sturdy sewing construction and will honor a six (6) month warranty on stitching and swimsuit lining. If this does happen to you (and they hope it doesn't!) Send an email with a picture of the item and the original six-digit order number to [email protected].

How should I wash my suit?

They recommend rinsing and air-drying your suit in cold water after each use. Please avoid using any washer or dryer or soap as they may damage your JOLYN. Check out all their blog posts on suit care.

Can I pay with a VISA gift card?

No. Their system does not accept external gift cards. Your best option is to upload the gift card to your Paypal account and then use Paypal to checkout on their website.

JOLYN is not responsible for replacing packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses entered by customers, so be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order!
