• judeconnally.com. Merchandise purchased at Jude Connally's retail store (Westfield, NJ) can only be returned or exchanged at that location.

• Items received as a gift can be exchanged or issued a merchandise credit within 30 days of the purchase date. When returning the item, please indicate the item was a gift and provide the full name of the person who placed the order.

• Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items are not applicable for price adjustments.

• Please read all conditions. If conditions are not met, Jude Connally reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Return unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise with the original tags attached to the address listed below via an insured mailing service and retain the tracking number for your reference. Jude Connally is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

What is Jude Connally Shipping Policy?

• Jude Connally offers the following shipping methods in the Domestic United States.

• Standard shipping: free. Two Business Day: $20. Next Business Day: $35.

• Saturday: $40 (valid only for orders placed on Friday before 3 PM EST).

• When shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada, you can choose either Two Day or Next Day Shipping, same rates apply.

• International orders will be shipped for $50 plus tax and duties.

• Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 3-8 business days after receipt of your order.

• Please indicate at checkout your preferred shipping method.

• Expedited Shipping Methods & Arrivals: Orders received after 3pm EST will be processed the next business day.

• Special Locations: Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

• Expedited orders to Alaska and Hawaii require 1 additional day to deliver. Rural domestic addresses require 1 or more additional days to deliver.

How to Return An item?

• Select the product(s) you are returning and tell Jude Connally a little bit about why you're returning them. Any additional details of your return that are not addressed in the return reasons can be written on your packing slip and we will be sure to review it.

• Be sure to add your packing slip to the returned box with the prepaid ($8.00) shipping label provided. The date you need to send back by will be provided on this slip.

• Once the returned item(s) are received in Jude Connally's warehouse, you will receive an email notification within 1-3 business days confirming your return has been processed and the refund amount.

• A refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow 7- 10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

How do I use a Gift Card?
