When will my order be shipped?
Free Country offers free ground shipping on all U.S. orders of $49 or more. All orders placed Monday-Friday will ship within 1 business day. All orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Orders $49 or more: Free standard ground shipping. Orders under $49: $7.99 Standard Ground Shipping. Unfortunately, they do not currently ship internationally.
What is their return policy?
Free Country offers a 30-day return policy for products purchased through their website. You can return an item for any reason for a full refund (minus original shipping) as long as it is not worn and in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Once an order is placed, they will not be able to edit or cancel the order.
When can I get a refund?
Once your package is received, they will check to verify its contents to ensure it is not worn and in original condition. They will then return your original payment method within 14 days of receipt. They offer prepaid flat shipping labels. A flat rate of $9 will be deducted from your final refund amount. Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
