Can I change my address after I placed an order?
Cancellations and changes to the shipping address are not possible once an order has been placed. If a shipment is returned to them, they will not refund the original shipping costs. They are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
Where can you ship to ?
They currently ship to the 48 contiguous states. International shipping, and shipping to Military APO/FPO/DPO, are unavailable at this time. They hope to accommodate these options soon.
How do I make an exchange?
If you would like to make an exchange, please use the instant credit feature when going through the returns process. This will immediately allow you to purchase a replacement item for equal or lesser value of the item(s) you are returning.
Customers are not liable for return shipping costs when doing an exchange for item(s) of the same value as the original order.
If you do not see the item(s) you are looking for on our website, contact us, and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you.
How to return an item?
This policy applies only to products that were purchased on the Website. Products purchased from other retail outlets must be returned to the original place of purchase, in accordance with that retailer's return policy.
Returned products cannot be worn, altered, or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Eligible products can be returned to Juicy Couture for exchange, or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. The cost of the original shipping (if applicable) is not refundable.
