What is Return policy of Jumpking?
Jumpking will accept returns on most products within 60 days of the customer receiving the order. Returned product(s) must be in excellent sellable condition and in the original packing, including the Packing Slip. Jumpking will refund the price of the product minus any shipping charges (to or from the customer’s location) and a 20% restocking fee (including any applicable tax). The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Some restrictions apply.
