What is their return policy?

Customers have the option to unenroll for any reason up to 10 days prior to the start of the program. There is a $10 cancellation fee in addition to the non-refundable credit card or PayPal fee. Customers may not receive a refund for 10 days after the program starts, but they can transfer their enrollment to a similar program or receive full credit to use whenever they enroll in any other program (not necessarily the same child). If you wish to cancel your camp registration, a weekly cancellation fee of $10 will be charged.

Can I still get a refund when my course starts?

Once the course has started, no refunds will be given under any circumstances. If the credit is approved by the Regional Manager, customers who request to have their child removed from the program can receive a portion of the credit for future programs. The regional manager will also determine the credit limit to be extended. The maximum credit awarded after the course begins is 50% of the course fee. Note: Refunds should appear in your account within 10 - 14 business days.

Will bad weather cancel classes?

If they do need to cancel classes due to weather, school closures, facility issues, etc., they will use the following procedure:

• Once they know they need to cancel a class, they will notify participants by email and phone call to all email addresses and phone numbers in their system. If you haven't received any notices, they are planning a class! Sometimes sudden weather changes may require cancellation. In this case, they are unable to notify family members before classes begin.

• They can usually schedule a week or two at the end of the course to make up for any cancelled courses. Information about make-up days will be emailed to all program participants once they have confirmed all logistics with their community partners.
