What is the return policy?
JSG guarantees your satisfaction with policies such as their "30-day playability guarantee". If you buy golf clubs or golf clubs from them, please give them a try. If you are not satisfied with the club or package within 30 days, you can return it for a shipping fee and they are happy to offer you store credit for the full purchase price, which can be used for any other product or service they offer, or a refund with a 15% restocking fee. They also have a 60-day return policy. You can return any "new, unused and original packaged" product for a full refund of the purchase price. The product can be sent back to them for a shipping fee. They will issue your refund within 1 business day of receipt of "new, unused and in original packaging" products.
What is the delivery policy?
It just says the golf is only shipping within the United States at this time. Customers in Hawaii, Alaska and the U.S. territories may charge shipping for most products. Spot Products Items that are available before 2pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday and purchased will be shipped the same day. Most of the products are free, but some of the smaller items have low shipping costs.
What is the warranty policy?
Warranty at manufacturer's discretion. The policy is on the manufacturer's website. If you believe that your product is defective under normal wear and tear under normal play and manufacturer's warranty policy, please contact us at 1-888-208-0610. Please allow a maximum of 8 weeks for repair from the time the manufacturer receives the product. All products come with a full manufacturer's warranty. If you are under the manufacturer's warranty or policy justSayGolf.com will do everything possible to help you deal with your particular situation. All warranty repairs will be subject to a shipping and handling charge of $9.99.
