How to enjoy free shipping?

They offer free shipping on all products that ship within the 48 continents of the US! ! However, if you are located outside the continental US, the shipping methods on their website are slightly different than many other online stores. If you are in Canada, before adding any item to your cart, you can select "Canada Shipping" from the drop-down menu and proceed to add items to your cart.

What if I not satisfied with my order?

Their return policy allows returns within 30 days from the original ship date. If 30 days have passed since your ship date, unfortunately, they can no longer return the product for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same "new" and "unused" condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include any accessories that came with the product. They don't take back used or installed performance or suspension parts, no exceptions.

When will my order be shipped?

Note that once the order ships, all orders on their website will receive tracking information. If you haven't received tracking information for your order, it has not shipped. If you are located in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, please contact them before ordering so they can provide you with a shipping quote for shipping to your area.

Is there a charge for returns?
