What is their shipping policy?

• They provide free transportation and handling services for all products in the store.

• Usually, they use the front door package delivery (such as FedEx, UPS or USPS) to your delivery address.

• If you need urgent delivery, please send an email to their customer service and provide details, and they will reply to you as soon as possible.

• At present, they only ship goods to 48 neighboring states in the United States, excluding P.O. Box, APO, FPO, DPO address, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

• Inventory goods are usually delivered by FedEx, UPS or USPS within 1-5 working days after order processing.

• *Please note that the shipping date of all orders is the estimated date.

• Delivery time: generally 7-12 working days.

• Transportation may be delayed these days due to covid-19.

Do I have to pay import duty?   

• You are responsible for all import duties and duties that may be charged when the package passes through customs. Many countries do not levy import taxes on private goods below a certain specified value. However, you may find that you have to pay tax when the goods you ordered from them arrive in your country. 

• They suggest that you know the local regulations before ordering from them. Kingso is unable to provide advice or information on tax rates and tariffs in your country. 

• If you refuse to deliver the package due to import duties or taxes, you will bear all costs incurred in returning the item to them.  

• Each country has its own import regulations and restrictions. You can contact or refer to the official website of the local post office or customs agency to estimate the amount of import tax you may need to pay.

What is their refund policy?

• Undamaged products can be refunded in full for any reason within 30 days after the products are delivered to the designated shipping address. Please contact customer service email for reply address. Once the returned items are returned to the warehouse of Kingsoft for inspection, the refund process will begin.

• Returns must include all accessories.

• Items must include the original packaging.

• For warranty claims unrelated to quality, the buyer shall be responsible for the transportation cost.

• For warranty claims unrelated to quality, Kingso will refund the cost of the product itself.

• The refund request for the 30 day refund guarantee expires 30 days after the warranty claim is filed. Non quality refund requests for items that expire within this 30 day window cannot be processed. For goods not purchased directly through Kingso online store, please contact the retailer for a refund.
