What is their shipping policy?

Usually, they use the front door package delivery (such as FedEx, UPS or USPS) to your delivery address.

At present, they only ship goods to 48 neighboring states in the United States, excluding P.O. Box, APO, FPO, DPO address, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

What is their refund policy?
Undamaged products can be refunded in full for any reason within 30 days after the products are delivered to the designated shipping address. Please contact customer service email for reply address. Once the returned items are returned to the warehouse of Kingsoft for inspection, the refund process will begin.
Returns must include all accessories.
Items must include the original packaging.
For warranty claims unrelated to quality, the buyer shall be responsible for the transportation cost.
For warranty claims unrelated to quality, Kingso will refund the cost of the product itself.
The refund request for the 30 day refund guarantee expires 30 days after the warranty claim is filed. Non quality refund requests for items that expire within this 30 day window cannot be processed. For goods not purchased directly through Kingso online store, please contact the retailer for a refund.
