What should I be aware of when I pay the orders?

The arbitration may be conducted in writing, remotely (e.g., by videoconference) or in-person in the county where you live (or at some other location that they both agree to).

How do I start an arbitration proceeding? 

To begin an arbitration proceeding against them, send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your Claim to them via via their contact form on the Site or by e-mailing them at [email protected]. If they request arbitration against you, they will give you notice at the email address or street address you provided.

How long can I get my refunds?

• Once they receive your returned item, they will inspect it and notify you that they have received it. Once your return is approved, they will promptly initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. This typically happens instantly but some card issuers may take longer.
