What should I do with a refund?

If you are dissatisfied with any part of your purchase, Kitelinens is happy to offer a 30-day return policy for unused items, which means you have 30 days to request a return after you receive it. Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment, less any shipping and handling charges that may have been charged or incurred as a result of returning the product. Once your return is delivered to their warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for processing and refund.

Can I exchange it?

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, buy the new item separately.

Does Kitlinens have a warranty policy?

Kitlinens warrants the Warranty Product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 30 days after receipt of your item. This warranty applies to the original purchaser. During this warranty period, Kitelinens will repair or replace, free of charge, any part that demonstrates a defect in material or workmanship. All warranty repairs and services must be performed by an authorized Kitelinens technician or an authorized Kitelinens service facility. All costs associated with replacing or repairing defective parts under this warranty will be borne by Kitlinens, with the exception of shipping and handling costs.

How soon will they start processing my order?

Order processing occurs during normal business hours Monday through Friday and is processed within 1-2 business days. Any purchases made after 3:00pm EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

How much is the shipping fee?

Domestic shipping is free. Unfortunately, they are currently unable to offer free international shipping. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Clients are also responsible for all international responsibilities upon arrival.
