What is their return policy?

They strive to make returns or exchanges as easy as possible for customers. They offer free returns on all La Perla purchases. Standard shipping will be refunded when the entire order is returned. All full-priced items can be returned within 28 days of delivery if the return conditions specified below are met. All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. They recommend that you check your order when you receive it. If you have questions, please contact their customer support. They do not accept returns 28 days after you receive the item. La Perla accepts returns of unused items by post within 28 days of delivery. Items must be in original sale condition with all labels attached. Returns that do not comply with La Perla's return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

What is their shipping policy?

La Perla ships to over 70 countries worldwide. Your order will be delivered during business hours (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm). Enter your mobile number at checkout to update shipping information via SMS. Their delivery time starts from the moment the order is accepted and may include a 24-hour period when your item will be processed and shipped from their warehouse. During sales and busy times, this period may be extended to 48 hours due to high order volume.

How soon will I receive my refund?

Upon receipt of a returned item, every effort will be made to ensure a timely refund. Returns are processed within 14 days, but usually much faster. Once your return has been processed and the refund has been credited to your original payment method, a confirmation email will be sent.
