What is their shipping policy?
Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours.
Unless otherwise specified, they ship via USPS Priority mail, priority mail international, express mail international and UPS.
International orders delivered through the postal service take about 2 weeks to reach their destination. UPS shipping services are available at most international locations.
Free shipping is available for retail orders of $35.00 or more. Free delivery the choice of delivery method is up to them. Orders sent to international destinations do not meet the conditions for free delivery.
They welcome international orders. They ship via Priority Mail International, express mail international or UPS (if any). Orders shipped via Priority Mail International or express mail international take two weeks to arrive.
What is their return policy?
They guarantee a refund to ensure your satisfaction.
Please contact them by email or phone before returning goods to obtain the return authorization number. Items returned without return authorization will be rejected and will not be refunded.
The return must be made within 30 days after receiving the goods. The returned items must be in the original packaging without cutting. Freight and handling charges are not refundable. Custom orders are non refundable. Customers who choose free delivery will charge 15% restocking fee.
