Why is the customized experience not loaded for me?

Not all browsers are equal. To ensure that you take full advantage of the Leatherman customization experience, they recommend that you use the latest version of the browser. Google Chrome on the desktop will provide the best experience.

How long can I get my orders at Leatherman?

• It takes 1-3 working days to process the order. As soon as your product leaves their warehouse, you begin to choose the delivery time and method.

• Orders for customized products are shipped together, requiring an additional 2-4 days to process.

• Leatherman is closed on all major holidays in the United States. No orders have been processed these days. Standard USPS is the only shipping method available for shipments to Po, FPO, or apo boxes.

• Although the creation time of customized orders varies according to the quantity, please allow an additional processing time of about 5-10 days. Delivery may vary depending on the mode of transportation you choose.

What should I pay attention to when I make a return at Leatherman?

• They offer a 30 day return policy. They will return all the goods returned in your order, minus the freight of each method. If the return is due to their error, Leatherman will also refund the freight and compensate you for the freight of the return.

• The articles shall be returned in the original product packaging with the packing list attached.

• Items listed as final sales are not included. Final sales items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Customized or carved items cannot be returned or exchanged. Once you receive an order for customized or carved items, you cannot cancel the order.

Can I cancel or change my orders if I change my mind at Leatherman?

You have the right to cancel the contract at any time within fourteen (14) calendar days after receiving the product, without giving reasons. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the product price. If you cancel this contract, they will reimburse you for all payments received, including delivery costs. They will reimburse you immediately within fourteen (14) days after receiving your notice of the decision to cancel the contract. Does Leatherman provide a warranty?

To process warranty claims, please contact your dealer in your country. Leatherman products are sold in about 90 countries around the world. Please find their authorized dealer in your country on this page. These distributors can help you find retailers in your area and  help you solve warranty problems.

What will my image look like on the actual Multi Tool?

Please check your image carefully. To prevent grainy or pixelated images, they recommend using files with a height and length of at least 1000 pixels. Avoid using metallic and fluorescent images because they will not print. The designed 3D rendering will match the physical products as much as possible; However, due to different screens and digital platforms, the actual color may deviate slightly. Compatible image file types: PNG, JPG, GIF, SVG, PDF, AI, PSD and EPS.
