Do they have a warranty policy?

They offer a paid extended warranty on all bamboo, excluding wholesale plants. While the 30-day warranty they come with is more than enough to ensure you get a healthy plant, this extended warranty will ensure your successful planting. If your plants do not meet their published specifications or arrive unhealthy, they will develop solutions such as replacement, refund or return. This must be done within 30 days from the date of delivery.

What is their return policy?

They have a 30 day return policy, you can return it for any reason, they only ask you to pay for the return shipping. Lewis Bamboo will pay for original outbound shipping and restocking. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. They can provide return labels and the cost will be deducted from your refund. Please let them know if you want to arrange your own shipping. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Due to the substantial costs associated with shipping, the buyer must pay for outbound and return shipping on the shipping order. They will notify you when they receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the chargeback.

What is their shipping policy?

Outside of peak season, orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. During spring and fall, order volumes increase significantly and processing times may extend up to 1 week.

What if I receive a damaged item?

Please check your order upon receipt and contact them immediately if the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item so they can assess the problem and correct it.
