What is their shipping policy?
Shipping and processing costs depend on the cumulative dollar value of the resources that can be shipped in the original order, not the weight. They will not charge you extra for your late order materials.
The above table lists the transportation and processing costs. They will be affected by future changes and sales tax. Multiple continuous resource orders issued before the deadline may be merged into one order, as may multiple orders issued on the same day.
Products in books, Bibles, gifts, holiday Bible schools (except some) and church supplies categories on lifeway. Eligible for free delivery, minimum order is $50, standard ground delivery. Only products shipped in the adjacent United States are eligible. Not suitable for Bible study books or VBS custom shirts. Are they international shipping?
The cost of international transportation is high, which is determined by the international carrier used and the transportation weight. The international customer is responsible for any taxes, duties or brokerage fees on the customer's orders. Lifeway shall not be responsible for any delivery delay caused by customs.
The international freight of $5 will be added to the freight.
*The ups service warranty shall not apply to shipments delayed due to reasons beyond the control of UPS, including but not limited to: inability to obtain or refuse to accept shipments, acts of God, natural disasters, war risks, terrorist acts, acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authorization, force majeure, war risks, acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities, legal authority, insufficient information provided by customers Improper packaging of dangerous goods for transportation.
What is their return policy?
If the product does not meet your expectations, has manufacturing defects, is damaged during transportation, or is sent to you by mistake, you can return it. Any returned product must be printed and in a marketable state.
Only products purchased from lifeway can be returned. When returning goods, lifeway must print and carry the returned goods. The return must be completed within 90 days after purchase, and a receipt must be attached. (see special return terms below).

If you do not have a packing list, please fill out this form and submit it with the return. Then securely pack your items and select a return shipping method that allows package tracking, such as UPS or insurance package mailing, and ship them to their return address.
