What if the weather is bad on the date of my tickets?

• Their purchase terms state that they do not guarantee snow conditions, weather conditions, open terrain, or number of lifts operating.

• These restrictions are one of the main reasons why they are able to get such great deals from your favorite resorts. They make these restrictions very clear on the site and during the purchase path to make sure all of their customers understand and agree to these restrictions.

• If, however, your resort was closed for the entire date of your trip, please await an email regarding the closure from their support team or feel free to contact them at: [email protected], and they will be happy to work with you and the resort to determine an appropriate resolution.

Can I upgrade my rental equipment?

• Many of their partners offer multiple types of products, including rentals. The product offerings that are available would have been listed on the results page, prior to checkout.

• If you have purchased a lift ticket + rental on Liftopia.com and find that there are performance or a higher end product available as well that you did not purchase, please contact their support team at [email protected] and they will work with you to upgrade your purchase to a different package.

• If you have a purchased lift ticket + rental from Liftopia.com and there were no higher end options available on Liftopia.com and you are interested in upgrading to a demo or performance rental, please contact the resort's rental shop for which you purchased lift tickets from.

• The resort's rental shop will have the most updated information about the possibility of upgrading your rentals, and the rentals that are available.

Why did the price increase since I last checked availability?

• Their tickets are on a first-come, first-serve basis. The early purchasers receive the deepest discount.

• As tickets start to sell out for a certain date, the pricing will move up in increments up towards the on-mountain ticket window rate. This means the original price you saw, has sold out now and the price has increased by a set amount. 

• Unless you complete your purchase, your ticket price is not guaranteed.  

Why did I not receive an order confirmation?

• This could be that your order either did not go through OR that the email you entered at the time of the purchase had a typo in it.

• When an order is successfully placed, you will be presented with an order confirmation page and an order confirmation email is sent out shortly after you place an order. If you placed an order successfully, they can resend your order confirmation email. 

Where do I pick up my rentals?

• All rental products offered on Liftopia.com are provided by the resorts' proprietary rental shops, and will be picked up directly on mountain. 

• Directions on picking up your tickets and your rentals will be included on your order confirmation, and for more information about the location of the rental shops, or questions about your rentals, you can contact the resort rental shop directly.
