How long can I get my orders at Lights 4 Living?
Your order should arrive within 1-2 days after they ship it.
DPD or Royal Mail will deliver your meal. If you are not home, they will notify you on the second delivery, and if you miss the second delivery, you can pick it up from the nearest warehouse with your credit card. DPD has nationwide depots and Royal Mail has 1,000 collection points. Or you can arrange a third delivery, but they will charge a nominal fee.
How much does Lights 4 Living shipping cost?
The minimum shipping charge for orders under £7,500 is £5.99 (free delivery for most orders over this amount). Additional charges may apply outside the UK mainland and certain other mainland areas (such as parts of the Scottish Highlands) and these charges are determined by their delivery partners.
They offer DPD or Royal Mail. DPD offers a 1 hour slot for predicted delivery times, which means you won't have to wait all day for your lovely new light to arrive! Royal Mail will be delivered in the normal manner.
Delivery partners vary by product size and delivery location. Any surcharges will be added to your shopping cart before you complete your purchase (Inc V.A.T). All Saturday deliveries cost an extra £25 including VAT. Any additional charges will be added at the point their sales team processes your order. No surcharge is refundable if goods are cancelled after receipt.
What should I do if there is something wrong with the goods I ordered?
You should check your order within 48 hours of receiving it and contact them immediately. They will arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible.
How do I return the faulty goods?
Please contact them immediately, they will arrange to return to them, please do not directly return! If there is a problem, they will refund you the cost of the goods and return shipping.
Can I cancel unwanted products?
Yes, you can. You have the right to cancel your purchase. However, in order to exercise this right, you must notify them in writing (email or letter) within 14 days of receipt of your goods. You will be contacted to arrange the return of the goods and will be emailed a Return Authorization Form for you to complete.
If there is nothing wrong with the goods in any way, then you are responsible for the postage of the return. Occasionally they will agree to collect the goods and pass on any charges to you, in which case you will be responsible for the goods until they receive them.
Please note that if they receive the goods, you are still responsible for them until they arrive with them, so they must be packed in such a way that they cannot be damaged in transit. Call cancellations are not valid. Once you have used your product, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are not entitled to cancel, refund or return the product unless it is defective and you are returning it for that reason.
