How long can I get my orders at LipMonthly?

• Your first pack will be within 7-12 business days of your first order. When your first package ships, an order notification email will be sent to you immediately. You should receive your first package within 5-7 business days of receiving the confirmation email. Therefore, in general, you should receive your first package within 7-10 business days of placing your order. After your first bag -- your bag will usually ship around the 15th to 20th of the month.

• If you are in Canada - you should receive your order confirmation email within 10-15 business days of receiving your package. In total, it may take 14 to 22 days to receive your first package. It could be faster than that - but they just want to set an expectation that it could take a little longer.

• If you are not in the US and Canada - you should receive your bag within 15-20 days of placing your first order. Your second batch and subsequent orders will be shipped around 15th to 20th this month.

When will I be charged?

• When you sign up, you will immediately pay for your first package. Thereafter, all your recurring expenses will be deducted on the 1st of each month.

• If you register on or before the monthly deadline (15th), your second charge will be on the 1st of the following month. If you register on or after the monthly deadline (15th), your next charge will not be on the 1st of the following month, but on the 1st of the following month. For example, if you sign up on April 15, your second charge will be on May 1. Or, if you sign up on April 18, your second charge will be on June 1.

What's the refund policy?

• They don't give refunds. Once your payment is received, you will receive the package corresponding to that payment. You can cancel at any time without limit and you will not be charged again. However, you will still receive the bag you are owed.

• LM is a recurring billing service - they are very aware that your subscription plan will be updated according to the type of plan you have so that you are not confused about this.

I received my bag and one of the items was damaged or missing. What should I do?

They pride ourselves on packaging your items safely and delivering high quality items to you. Most of the time, your items should arrive intact, but in rare cases, if something is missing or damaged, contact their support team via the "Contact Us" page within 14 days of receiving your order and they can help you with the problem!

Does my bag always match my preferences?

• Every month, they will do their best to personalize your bag based on your answers to the personalized survey!

• There may be a few months when they won't be able to customize your bag based on the bag you selected in the survey, but they will prioritize the bag you receive based on the color and item you chose.
