Yes their products are gluten free, apart from the mascara.

Does Look Fabulous Forever do samples?

• Sorry they no longer do samples. They have lots of advice and guidance on how to choose colours for lips cheeks and eyes on the choosing colours page and fabulous video tutorials too.

• Also you can check out the transformations and see if you can find someone of a similar look and then you can see what makeup they are wearing. All the products used are listed on the right of the photos and you can reveal the 'before' pictures by dragging the purple line from left to right.

Can I exchange a product for something else?

If you'd prefer to exchange for a different product, that's fine as long as the new product is the same price or less than you've already paid. If it's less, they'll refund the difference. If it's more, please ask for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.

How do I use the Recycling Scheme?

Simply pop your empties in an envelope and post back to them at 19 Dairymoor Wickham Hants PO17 5JR (using the standard postal service). This is currently only valid for the UK, but in the future they will look to expand this facility internationally. 

How do I get a refund?

If you require a refund they will refund the price paid by you for the goods (exclusive of the initial delivery charge) within 30 days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to them according to their returns policy. They will also refund the cost of the return postage when it is sent by standard postal service. Courier charges, special delivery or recorded delivery costs will not be refunded.

• Fully Tracked Expedited: cost of postage and packing is $7.95 (FREE over $100 spend). Estimated delivery timings: 2-4 working days.

• Fully Tracked Standard: cost of postage and packing is $4.95 (FREE over $50 spend). Estimated delivery timings: 3-7 working days.

• Transit times are estimated and may vary due to seasonality and other factors. They are quoted in working days and exclude weekends and local public holidays, they are not guaranteed.

Can I make a return at Look Fabulous Forever?

• Yes, you can return the items within 30 days. . However, they cannot accept returned goods that they reasonably believe to have been used for any period of time. In such circumstances, they will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 30 days of their notification. 

• If you choose to order a replacement item which is the same price as the item you originally ordered, then they will send you your replacement item without any additional delivery cost. If you choose to order a replacement item which is a different price to the item you originally ordered, they will contact you to confirm that your order has been refunded and to arrange payment for the replacement product.
