If you find within 30 days of placing an order that a competitor is advertised for a lower price on a similar product and installation, they will either go above the price or refund 110% of the difference! Does not include installation or other labor costs and replacement of gaskets or fillers. For products of equal or lower price, a one-time product replacement warranty must be used within 30 days of installation. If a higher priced product is selected, the customer must pay the difference. If a lower priced product is selected, no compensation will be paid. Warranty is void for glued products or products that have been abused, broken, altered or damaged in any way.

Luna is available in hundreds of colors, and a flooring professional will show it to you during a free door-to-door appointment. They will help you choose the right product colour to complement your home decor or match your existing carpet or floor as closely as possible.

What is their warranty guarantee?

Luna warrants to the Owner that repairs performed by Luna will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of one year from the date the Owner purchases such services. At Luna, they stand by the quality of their craftsmanship. You'll get professional installation that meets flooring industry standards. If further installation services are required within a year due to the original installation of your floor, Luna will return and provide you with that service free of charge. Each product has a different set of limited warranties depending on the manufacturer and material.
