Should I be charged for the sales tax?
Luxor linen is required by law to impose applicable sales tax only on goods destined for New Jersey. At the time of checkout, the tax will be reflected at the end of the order. For orders outside the United States, all applicable duties must be paid by the customer and billed by the delivery carrier. If you are not sure about the correct tax, please call 718-841-7444.
How long is the delivery time?
The total delivery time of the order refers to the time period from placing the order to receiving the order. It consists of two parts: processing time and shipping time.
Orders received before 11:00 p.m. (EST) from Monday to Thursday usually leave their distribution center within 24-72 hours after placing the order. Weekend orders will be processed on the next working day.
