You can return items to any free-standing M·A·C Store in Canada (excluding department stores and airport locations).
Please note: They currently cannot accept gift returns in M·A·C Stores. Please call them at 1-800-387-6707 to process your gift return. Free items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Discounted items are eligible for exchange only.
If I recieve the damaged items, what should I do?
It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, if you receive the damaged orders, you can contact them immediately at 1-800-387-6707. You should provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, you should retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
What forms of payment can I use?
For online orders shipped within Canada, they accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. They also accept PayPal and Gift Cards and eGift Cards purchased from M•A•C freestanding retail stores in the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada. At this time they are unable to accept Debit Cards on orders shipped to Canadian addresses.
