How to cancel my order?
To change your auto renewal status, please sign in to your account. After logging in, select "automatic renewal status" on the right side of the screen to view all subscriptions that have been registered for automatic renewal.
The goal of automatic renewal is to continuously continue your magazine delivery service or digital subscription function. If you turn off automatic renewal, you will continue to receive any remaining versions of the magazine and continue to access the digital subscription function after the current validity period expires. Turning off automatic renewal will prevent future renewals and charges.
To cancel your current subscription or determine your refund eligibility, please contact them.
If your subscription is not through a magazine or you are not sure, please contact them.
What is their transportation policy?
Their delivery dates are based on a number of factors, including the type of magazine you ordered and the magazine publisher.
Publishers usually ask you to allow:
Stay in weekly magazines for 4-6 weeks.
Stay in monthly magazines for 6-8 weeks.
Work on seasonal or bimonthly magazines for 8-10 weeks.
Up to 12 weeks in quarterly or less frequent magazines.
However, you can expect many of their best-selling magazines to be delivered faster. If you do not receive the first batch of orders within the above estimated delivery time, please contact them or call 1-800-1 to contact customer service.
