What is the return policy of Makerforte ?

You must contact them at [email protected] within five days of receipt of your order. No returns will be accepted after 15 days of receipt of your order. Any returns must be in saleable condition, in original, unopened packaging, and free of odors such as cigarette smoke or pet odors. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless you have received a damaged or the wrong product.

How about the refund policy of Makerforte ?

If a return has been approved, they will notify you once they’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Is there any shipping policy ?

Yes, there are. In the case that your USPS First Class shipment is lost or damaged in transit, you are responsible for filing a claim with USPS. They cannot be responsible for parcels lost or damaged by USPS. Once a package leaves their possession, it is out of their control. They aim to dispatch all orders within 5 business days. Exceptions may apply if your order contains pre-order items or at a time when they incur high volumes of sales.  Maker Forte will choose the method of shipment. US Non-Domestic & international orders will be charged on actual cost based on the most economical method of shipment. Due to unreliable USPS International Shipping, they are no longer able to offer that as an option. All International customers may choose their own shipping method. They currently offer DHL and UPS. International shipping rates will vary based on destination, package weight, and package size.
